The owner of Railcar Field Services, Inc. is DeWitt Duke . He began his Railcar Repair and Maintenance career in March of 2002. He has hands-on experience at all levels in this specialized field. He started as a ‘carman’ on the shop floor and quickly advanced to shop foreman, 1500 mile ABT inspector, Bad Order/ Inbound inspector and shift supervisor. He also gained significant experience in the areas of purchasing/inventory and plant management.
Diana Duke began her work with Railcar Field Services, Inc. in a behind-the-scenes supporting role. She is now becoming more directly involved with the administrative and hands-on aspects of the business. To enhance her skills, she has now enrolled in Railcar Repair 101. Her goal is to broaden her ability to get the work done in a timely manner without sacrificing safety and quality. She is bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
